“The focus should not be on just ritual itself but on opening up something in hearts and spirits that has been locked away so long that individuals can barely remember the source.”

I OFFER THE FOLLOWING OPPORTUNITIES

Divination and Spirit work

I studied with Malidoma and Sobonfu Somé for over 12 years in the art of ritual and divination. I maintain an ongoing relationship of reciprocity and connection with the Dagara people they come from. Visiting them to continue to learn and empowering the village through water projects from the rituals we offer in the West.

If you’re looking to gain insight on parts of your life or ancestry, or want to contact those that have passed on or need help organizing a ritual to tend to some part of your life. I can assist you through divination and ritual to tend to the uns

SOMATIC and Ritual walks on the land

Using somatic practices while walking across the landscape, I facilitate internal and external tracking of the rhythms of our body and spirit in connection to the land. While walking we connect to plants, trees, bird song and spirit guides that can weave us into understanding our gifts and direction in this life.

WILD FORAGING AND TENDING

I lead groups and individuals in learning about local wild food systems and how we can revitalize and harvest sustainably from our homes. I have worked with many teachers including many California natives and I have permission to share harvesting/tending practices. These practices help ecosystems produce abundant regular food sources while supporting all the animal and plant communities that live there. Foraging and tending help connect us to the land we live on and tune us into our natural instinct of supporting vibrant life within us and all around us. I have taught wild foraging and tending since 2008 for many organizations including the Berkeley Herbal Center, Landpaths, and various Summer Camps. Check the public events page for upcoming public workshops and weekends.
