Come join us for a nourishing weekend of processing wild foods, tending the land, and eating together. We will spend the weekend processing acorns, mushrooms, bulbs, berries, cattails, and wild tending grasslands, creeks, and forests. Camping is available alongside the beautiful Gualala river in old-growth redwood forest.

There will be two wild foraged dinners laid out by Chef Coby and prepared all together.
Other than the two dinners you will be responsible for your personal food for the rest of the meals. There is a large outdoor kitchen with several stoves, tables, pots, pans, bowls, available for cooking. Compost toilets, spring water, and washing-up areas will be provided as well. Private camping spots are available all along the river or there are several air bnbs and hotels along the coast nearby. Please RSVP and secure your spot early (only 12 spots are available).
